The Freedom Resort is an online membership website that features a variety of activities and (digital) amenities* for you to enjoy that will help you answer the call to "Something Bigger".

The Garden
A secret Facebook group where you can kick off your shoes and just come and be yourself. You'll find daily "ah-ha"s and inspiration to sit and think about...and share your own feelings, as well.
...And of course there will be fun stuff...because what is a garden without "Squirrel!"s ?

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Shalon Ironroad gets a kick out of writing her own bio in the third person.
When she writes said bio, she likes to come up with things that she hopes will impress you like, she has never had a bad day... or when she sneezes it sounds like Tinkerbell flying... or she has it allll figured out and her Instagram shows it.
(are you so impressed?!?).
But then she remembers that what she does isn't who she is. (Same goes for all of us!)
So she hits the Return key, and types the truth.
Shalon Ironroad is a creator-in-training.
She loves being a mom, being married to her husband, and being herself.
(even if it means having a less-impressive bio)
In case the absence of a resume-like listing is causing you inner turmoil, here's the "Doing" stuff, in a nutshell: Business Consultant (more like a Business Doula) with 10+ years experience in digital media and entrepreneurship and 7 years experience running her own business (high-level Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager). Author, educator, musician, wife of 12 years, mother to 3, student (chipping away at a Masters from Harvard, class of 2021).
