I'll show you how.
In July of 2010, my husband was in law school and we had just moved to Grand Forks, ND (brr). I had been working from home for another company in Utah, but my new location didn't allow for me to continue.
We were "starving students", so I needed to come up with some way to contribute financially, but when I looked into what it would cost to have my son in daycare while I went to an office job, the numbers just didn't add up.
I was incredibly blessed to have a rockstar Harvard MBA/author/TV contributor friend who told me about the possibility of becoming a Virtual Assistant. She took me under her wing and taught me the basics of how to get started, and here I am 7 years later.
The benefits of creating my Virtual Assistant business have been far greater than just the finances. I was able to be home with our children, work from bedrest in the hospital for 6 weeks, create opportunities for other women, and set myself up to continue my own education at the school and program of my dreams.
I'm excited to show you how I got started, and hopefully help you along your journey.
To paying it forward,
Shalon Ironroad
