I will:
- Listen to your challenges and make suggestions for how to address them
- View your goals and help you make plans for accomplishing them
- Take the areas where you're feeling stuck and help you use your unique strengths to grow past them
- When requested, attend meetings and share thoughts and feedback from an outside/client perspective
- Act as a sounding board for you to brainstorm ideas with for your projects and tasks.
